Fonts

Usually a 12-point font. No clear preference for the size or type (e.g., arial, times roman) of font.

Indents

One-half inch, except block quotes. Indent block quotes one inch

Right Justification

Do not justify the lines of your paper at the right margin

Spacing

Double space everything, including long titles that may wrap to a second line.

Page numbers

Page numbers are required on every page. The page header is the author's last name. The header and page number go inside the margin space, one-half inch from the top margin (double spaced above the text), next to the right margin.

Emphasis

Preference for underlining wherever you might use italics.

Footnotes

No footnotes! Use only endnotes - if any. References in endnotes require a special style
